JackUpKits.com does everything we can to ensure our customers get ordered and paid items in a timely manner. We process orders all business days Mon-Sat. You can purchase online 365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Usually orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours. We send all orders “Signed For” or “international Signed For” with parcel tracking code. When your order has been dispatched we send you your parcel tracking code.

JackUpKits.com pack all orders well. We pack your order well to ensure it does not get damaged during the delivery. Immediately inspect the items when your order arrives. In case of damage ensure you get the postmans or carriers signature confirming damage during the delivery. The carrier is responsible for damage during delivery. Please claim delivery damages from the carrier.

If your items are not as described, something missing or you of any reason is not satisfied with the product or the service provided please contact us using our web contact form found under the contacts tab on our site.

We do everything we can to ensure the site is safe and secure. All payments are made over PayPal’s SSL  Secured Payment Gateway (Secure Socket Layer).

JackupKits.com sends the customer the items the customer has ordered without delay, if there for any reason is an unforseeable problem JackUpKits.com will attempt to contact the customer “buyer” and informing about the issue. If we temporarly run out of stock, we will inform the customer about this issue. JackUpKits.com gives the right to the customer to decide if she/he likes closest similar product or wait for new stock to arrive, or a full refund.

Jackupkits.com will issue a full refund without delay if the item is out of stock and the customer do not wish to have a replacement or wait for new stock.

Returns

Returned items should be returned in the same condition as supplied to the customer, unused, clean, unscratched in other words “new”. The customer is responsible for packing returns well to avoid damage to returned items, the customer is responsible for the returned goods until they have arrived to us. Any damage during the return is on the customers responsibility, we advice to insure retruned goods as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items. Before retruning an item please contat JackUpKits.com and agree on the return. When we have received the returned items in the “new” condtion as specified in our return policy we refund the customer without delay.

All jack up kits are sold for “racing use only”. What does this mean and why does JackUpKits.com state this.
Since JackUpKits.com offers products online for customers world wide we may not be familiar with the vehicle legislation for road traffic use in your country. All jack up kits sold on this site are items that are stronger than the stock items they replace, as such they are fine also for road traffic use, however it is on the buyers sole responsibility to ensure that your motorcycle fulfil road vehicle legislation in your country.

In some countries these kits can be fitted for road vehicles without any other actions, since some countries require independent vehicle inspection for modifications, you may contact your vehicle inspection centre.
If a inspection is required you simply show up your vehicle for approval and when the modification is approved you can use the vehicle on public roads. We also advice you to contact your insurance company to inform then about the modification.
