When you shop online at JackUpKits.com you indicate that you have accepted our Terms and Conditions and our Retrun policy.

Online Shopping is distance sales and distance sale legislation applies. You have a full 7-day return right on all items in our shop. Before returning any order or item, please read the installation instruction that comes with every jack up kit we sell. Especially if you believe we have sent the wrong kit for you.

NOTICE: JACK UP LINKS are SHORTER THAN the STANDARD ONES THEY REPLACE.

You have to pay the return postage for returns, only if we have supplied the wrong kit we will pay the return postage.

Retuned items

Returned items should be returned in the same condition as sold, that is “NEW”, unused, clean and unscratched. We keep the right not to accept returns or refund if products are returned without agreeing to do so prior to sending them and if the items have been used or damaged (no longer in “new” condition).

Providing you return the items in accordance to our return policy we will refund you without delay as soon as the items have arrived in accordance to this policy. Please include contact information and email so we can process your refund as quickly as possible. We value your feedback. Please provide feedback to us, all feedback received is used to imporve our selection of products and the service we provide. Also feedback regarding our website is more than welcome. Your feedback will not be used against you, we want your honest feedback so we can improve our offering and the way we work and the service we provide.

If you wish to return an item, please use our web contact form and tell us that this is the case and the reason for your return, we will respond as soon as possible.  We do our best to resolve any issue.

Pack well. Pack returned items well to avoid damage during delivery, we are not responsible for delivery damages or missing post. We recommend that you return items as “signed for” to avoid that parcels go missing in the post.
